Hill House Interiors is the creative force behind The Beach House, shaping the vision, the interior architecture and every curated finish in the room. The studio leads the interior direction and design narrative: the furniture, the wallpaper, the flowing curtain fabric, the shutters, the wall lights, and every finish drawn from its network of brilliant makers and suppliers.

Intelligent Lighting is a new category of lighting that moves beyond traditional illumination to create responsive, human-centric environments. Ketra, the world’s most innovative lighting technology, sits at the centre of The Beach House, delivering full-spectrum, tuneable light that follows the sun from the precise amber of firelight to the exact blue of midday.

Everything a visitor hears in The Beach House is Sonance. Eight invisible speakers and two subwoofers are concealed completely within the fabric of the room. You will hear the sea all around you, and you will not find a single speaker. You are welcome to try.

Matthew Hill Bespoke built the craft at the centre of The Beach House: the bar, wrapped in a natural timber worktop with its expertly panelled front, the joinery windows that frame the view of the sea, and the cabinetry within the room. Around the windows and the bar, the joinery is built to conceal the technology behind the view.
